AF4K - Bry (184)	It was a busy month with a bit less time for operating and conditions were surprisingly bad. K3Y event is in full swing now and so popular this year. that;s great to see. I have been busy getting ready for NOVICE RIG ROUNDUP in February. Not an official SKCC activity this first year out but we would like to give it a try and see what improvements can be made next year and perhaps ask for official SKCC status for the event in 2016. N5JPX - Jim (8)	I lost my antenna for the last part of the month and didn't have any contacts until I got it back in the air. Between Christmas and rain, rain, and more rain, I didn't get it back on the air until January 10th. Thanks for the contacts and hope to do better in January. 73, Jim
N5OBC - Mark (16)	Haven't been on in months. Lost mom this year, spent most free time at work or helping dad in person and remote. Destroyed my left shoulder last week and came up to learn to send left handed so I can K3Y some. Enjoying the radio again. Thanks for being here when I came back.
N8KR - Ken (14)	The only thing I can "brag" about is the 75 degree weather that I experienced during my December in FL. It's hard to stay inside and play radio with sunshine and warmth outside! If you hear a "shaky" fist from me in January, it's because I'm back home in the cold! Brrrrrr

W4RQ - Rich (102)	December was a busy month, and a rewarding one too. Mid month I achieved a long sought after goal of Senator! And my new(to me) FT-1000D arrived just a few days before Christmas. F5DE - Bernard (26)	Hello all, a new year was starting with several events this month ! Outside SKS-E, WES and K3Y stations, I did 26 brag QSO. Let's go for a new year of SKCC traffic, my favourite traffic for 4 years ! 73 everybody.

KC0GP - George (101)	Qualified for my Centurion in one month. Is that a good brag? Hihi
N5OBC - Mark (139)	I went from 6626 to 6626T this month and had a blast doing so. Worked three hours as a K3Y/5 and made a few contacts so that was a success, it was a topper to another 2 watt 0-9 sweep with only AF/AU missed this year. Next year I will have a verticle wire for those high bands.
W0SZV - Eldon (20)	good month for only 15 days. moved in now and new antennas soon
W2NRA - Art (20)	AS a Newbie this month was mostly off air practice. Still not worthy for on-air Qs.
W7GVE - Ed (104)	A fun month-- I also worked 203 K3Y stations-- missed AF for a clean sweep-- I got FT5ZM on 3 different bands-- wish I could count him as AF--- Thanks to Rick, K7CHS I now have a beautiful 40 ft wooden mast that is designed to withstand our 80 MPH winds--- Congrats to the SKCC for 230 new members in Jan--- I will try to work them all//73 es CU--ED/W7GVE

WB5JWI - Les (73)	One of my best SKCC months ever. Had a real blast and even worked some non-skcc CW stations.
WB5KSD - Jon (100)	If the log checks out, I worked my first 100 SKCC numbers starting on 5 January and ending 30 January. I've had a blast transitioning from chasing DX back to using older radios and my trusty old J-38. Takes me back 40 years ago when I was a novice at age 12. Thanks for sponsoring a great club!

W2NRA - Art (120)	New member here & having a great time. Jan was mostly off-air straight key practice, Feb was still lots of practice but a lot more on-the-air. FTR in Feb I was 11634, then on 26-FEB 11634C, not 11634T until 1-Mar.

N5JPX - Jim (14)	Can one even "brag" about 14 QSO's outside of the sprints? I gave the Icom 7410 a rest this month and decided to let the FT-817ND do the work. I was looking at the sked page and saw Stan, ZL2BLQ, looking for contacts so I called with all 5 watts and, to my surprise, he answered. The brag for the month for me was 1,603 miles per watt with a lot of the credit going to Stan! Sure is fun working SKCC members! Thanks for the QSO's.

W1RO - Jim (5)	My brag is not about the number of SKCC members worked. It is the fact that I worked NN0SS while mobile between Las Vegas and Reno, NV on US95 in an area of the desert where cell services is not available for hours at a time. The brag is he was running 4 watts from MN while I was mobile with 100 watts on the 15 meter SKCC frequency using a bumper mount vertical antenna with resonators up for 40 and 12 meters. The mobile antenna is attached to an auto-tuner to keep the radio happy however, still a very inefficient as radiating systems go. Still having fun with ham radio!

But the lure of CW is strong, like Masefield's Sea Fever which "Is a wild call and a clear call that may not be denied" hihi.

VA5CW - Bill (187)	My first time trying the brag. Averaged 10 a day up to WES, then played a bit in WES and averaged just over 4 a day after WES. I did not get into the sprint until the last few minutes, but managed a couple of sprint qso's, then back to the brag. My PC went to the shop on the the 29th along with my brag log, so that was the end of my involvement. Not sure I will do the brag with the same focus in the future, but it was fun fishing for the qso's... a person could get "hooked" on this little activity pretty easy!

N3ADF - Jim (199)	This was a good month; my best ever. Completed Tribune x8 on the Nov. 1 so started on my Senator on the Nov. 2nd. Got 149 toward the Senator by the end of November. Just need 51 more by Dec. 18th, my 70th birthday or by the end of the year. Thanks to all the Ts & Ss for the QSOs.
N4OW - Al (117)	Had fun working many "no letter" Stations that I had passed over in my Quest for the S. -- Bragging is addictive. :)
N5JPX - Jim (35)	I am happy with my average of 1.16 contacts per day for the brag. I had a total of 119 CW QSO's in November but the Fun Event and sprints don't count for the brag. Averaging 4 contacts a day kept the old key busy and I had fun! It gave the new KXPA100 a chance to get broken in properly. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and I hope to see all of you in the log in December. 73, Jim
NC4RT - Randy (34)	The mean SKCC# for the month was 5795, with a STDEV of 3853. I'm looking especially for Ts and Ss, so I tend to get members in the 8,000-12,000 range. But I did have QSOs with three members <300. Thanks to all, especially the 8 2xQRP's and 2 1xQRP's I had... Jim KG7Q and I worked NV/NC on 40 meters, 2xQRP...
NW7US - Tomas (46)	It is nice to get back into the straight key operating chair, from which I am meeting new SKCCers as well as having QSOs with current SKCC friends.

W0SZV - Eldon (33)	had a good time and managed to get a little over one a day average.
W1FJI - Art (1)	I worked LJ6BG in Norway with 3 watts which was 1,474 miles per watt.
W4RQ - Rich (99)	While this is by most standards, not really a Brag, actually, I've been working on getting my "S" and so far I have 146 of the 200 needed. Pickings are getting slimmer it seems, but then again, I'm not making this a contest. I figure if I got this far, 54 more will come eventually.
