AD5QB Only had 7 contacts in between doing some other things around the house, but had a lot of fun. I'm already looking forward to next month's Sprint. Appropriately enough, my first contact in the first SKCC Sprint was Kevin, K4VD, the gent who put this all together. Thanks for all the work, seems like this is going to be a fun event each month. Hope to hear even more activity next month.

W1EOF Got a late start and had antenna problems but it was still fun! I'd like if it were a bit longer but like the "sprint" concept. Thanks!

WB2UWU A very relaxed attempt at my first contesting. Broken by me checking in to a CW net at 3683 from 0100 to 0130z

W7UR I had a great time, but conditions in MT weren't the greatest. I can't wait to do it again.

N1LT

Just received my number and started contest late. Band conditions were very bad. Heard nothing on 20m. Called quite a few stations but they could not copy me. Still had fun, though, and will be around for the next contest.

W1DV Great time. Looking forward to the next one.

KB4T Conditions didn't seem all that good to me. I parked in one spot on 40M for 1 hour and 45 minutes and made 27 contacts. During the first hour signals seemed louder than during the second hour where just about every contact was a struggle. I moved to 3720 during the last 13 minutes of the sprint and made 3 contacts. But conditions on 80M were really noisy.

W2LJ That was fun! Station here was a k2 at 5 Watts to a G5RV at 20 feet. I was surprised by the lack of activity on 20 Meters. 40 Meters was once again the "workhorse" band. 80 Meters was noisy; but signal levels were good. See you all next month!

K8JD I was hampered by the makeshift 40M dipole I stuck up in some tree branches and the fact that I had to operate using the back bumper of the Chevy SUV as a desk and only the light of a campfire to see what I was doing! I did not have enough space on the campsite for 80 M antenna wires! What Fun!!! ALL true!

K4VD I had not expected the strong participation we had in the contest. There were a few times I just scanned the bands listening to all those calling CQ SKCC. It reminded me of the early days of the club when every evening truly was SKN.
